Preparation : 

1 packet of Emperor Chicken Mix 
plastic wrapper and aluminium foil (include inside pack)
1 whole chicken (approximately 1.2 – 1.5kg)

 

Cooking method :

Apply Emperor Chicken Mix onto skin and the inside of chicken. Stuff herbs into chicken. 
Wrap chicken in plastic wrapper, followed by the aluminium foil sheet.
Steam for 2 hours over a low flame. 

Serves for 4-6 persons.
